요즘 세상은 편집을 대신 해 주는 사람들이 너무 많다.
블로그 운영자들, 유튜버들, 인플루언서들 뿐 아니라
기자들과 평론가들, 매체들도 대부분 정보의 취합과 편집을 대신 해 준다.
그게 일이고 수입의 원천이다.
내가 보는 세상의 관점을 자꾸만 그들에게 떠넘기는 것 같아서
비록 불편한 작업일 테지만 해보자고 마음먹게 되었다.
그런데 이 일은 생각보다 수고로운 일이었고, (2023.3.16. 수정)
생업을 눈 앞에 둔 채로
잠깐 번뜩였다가 사라지는 생각들을
블로그로 정리할 정도의 노력을 들이기가 어려웠다.
그런데 최근 대중 앞에 나타난 생성형 AI 덕분에
그 도움을 받아서 생각 조각들을 블로그로 정리해 볼 계획이다.
꾸준히 해 보면서 편집자들의 시선과 친해지고
나중엔 편집되어 보이지 않는 그 너머까지 볼 수 있게 되면 좋겠다는 희망과 함께
In today's world, there are too many people doing the editing for us.
Not only bloggers, YouTubers, and influencers,
but also journalists, commentators, and media outlets do most of the aggregating and editing for us.
That's their job, that's their source of income.
I feel like I'm constantly relying on them to tell me how to see the world,
so I decided to give it a try, even though it's an uncomfortable task.
However, it turned out to be more laborious than I expected,
and I found it difficult to put in the effort to organize my thoughts into a blog
that flashes in and out of my mind
with my life job in front of me.
However, thanks to the recent appearance of generative AI in the public eye,
I plan to organize my thoughts into a blog with its help.
As I continue to do so, I hope that I can familiarize myself with the eyes of editors
and eventually see beyond the edits.
